OHIO OSCILLATOR A Series (18 bar)
The rotary motion is obtained by applying a fluid under pressure to a piston that drives a rack. Then the rack drives a pinion causing shaft rotation. Due to their robust design (high capacity bearings, high strength hardened steel gears, etc.), OHIO OSCILLATOR cylinders are particularly suited to hard working conditions. They are designed for applications where the pressure can reach 18 bar. According to the different sizes, this series can develop torques up to 5025 Nm at 18 bar.
In addition, the multitude of options available (end stroke cushions, angle adjustment, output shaft, etc.) gives the OHIO OSCILLATOR flexibility and variety of functions, allowing for an optimised product for each application.
