BIBUS France acquired DILEC
Since February 2017, BIBUS France acquired DILEC, the exclusive distributor of the LVS range.
Why did we buy DILEC?
LVS and MICROSCAN (LVS is a part of MICROSCAN since 2015) share the expertise in machine vision, reading and verification of 1D and 2D barcodes. This will ensure a long-term development and follow-up of clients.
Located just a few kilometers from Paris, the DILEC place in Tillières will provide a better geographical coverage. A demonstration place already exists in Chaponnay (Lyon), the Tillières site will therefore offers a second demonstration place.
Finally, DILEC will be able to rely on the organization of BIBUS France, certified Iso 9001:2008, its financial strength and BIBUS AG group, a Swiss family group founded in 1947, to increase the development of its activities.
