SECOH Air Pumps

SECOH air pumps are ideally suited for applications in which minimum energy consumption, the requirement of absolutely oil-free air, near-soundproof operation and low and easy maintenance are the primary requirements, or at least a major advantage.

Operational principle

The power supply of the electromagnets drives a permanent magnet in an oscillating movement. The latter moves at the same frequency as the supply voltage, 50 or 60 Hz. This back and forth movement between the magnets activates a membrane, changing the volume of the cavity containing the valves. By discharging through the valves, either pressure or vacuum can be obtained.

Advantages

  • Long service life
    • Simplicity of the mechanism and the reduced number of parts used guarantee a very long operating life.
  • Reliability
    • Elimination of friction by electromagnetic oscillation and limitation of energy consumption.
  • Reduced noise pollution
    • Noise protection cover and outlet integrated in the base.
  • Low vibration
    • Insulation by rubber anti-vibration pads
  • Oil-free operation
    • Oil-free operation provides clean, particle-free air.
  • Limited pulsations
    • Thanks to the pump chamber and the labyrinth damper specially integrated
      in the base.
  • Universal maintenance kits
    • A spare kit is available for each series. Stored in an aluminium vacuum bag
      to ensure its protection
  • Weather protection IP 44 (except for TPS)

BUBBLE COLUMNS AND DECORATIONS

EL Series

EL-60, 80-15, 80-17, 100, 120, 150

The EL series air pumps (from 60) are available in 2 versions :

  • Version "S" to Fault signal on the device shell (standard version)
  • Version "C" with remote fault signal at 220 V AC. (Only on request)

Features

  • Power consumption : 46-150W
  • Frequency : 60/50Hz
  • Air flow rate : 63-150L/min
  • Voltage:115/230VAC
  • Compact design
  • Overload protection
  • High quality cast aluminium housing
  • Connection tube included

EL 60n Series

The EL-60n air pump is available in 1 version only :

  • Version "S" to Fault signal on the device shell (standard version)

The EL-60n model is an ultra compact model (221 x 177 x 200mm)
It has similar performance to the EL-60 model but is much more compact and lightweight (4.4Kg)

Features

  • Power : 53W
  • Fréquence:50Hz
  • Flow rate of air:60L/min
  • Voltage:230VAC
  • Ultra compact design
  • Overload protection
  • High quality plastic housing
  • Connection tube included

EL W Series

EL-120W, 150W, 150W, 200W, 250W

The EL-W series air pumps are dual-shaft units.
They are made up of a "double" housing integrating 2 engine blocks (4 diaphragms)
Double compressors therefore have higher flow rates than single-shaft versions.
The air pumps of the EL-W EL-W series (120 to 250) are available in 2 versions:

  • Version "S" to Fault signal on the device shell (standard version)
  • Version "C" with remote fault signal at 220 V AC. (Only on request)

Features

  • Puissance:120-300W
  • Fréquence:60/50Hz
  • Flow rate of air:125-280L/min
  • Voltage:115/230VAC
  • Overload protection
  • High quality cast aluminium housing
  • 2 outputs (1 central and 1 side output)

TPS-5 and TPS-20

TPS air pumps are ultra quiet (28dB for TPS-5), they allow vacuum and/or pressure to be created in a system.
They are ultra compact (110 * 90 * 85 mm) and have a flow range (suction and/or pressure up to 20L/min).
The input and output are integrated directly into the bracket.

Features

  • Power : 5-18W
  • Frequency : 50/60Hz
  • Flow rate of air:5-20L/min
  • Voltage: 120/260V
