Jetflex diffuser discs
Diffuser discs combine economical design, low installation and maintenance costs. Indeed, they simultaneously combine three objectives : a long service life, low operating costs and excellent performance.
Composed of a polypropylene reinforced glass fibre support (PP GF 30), for maximum mechanical, chemical, temperature and UV resistance, the slots and bulges of the diffuser disc membrane open during aeration under compressed air pressure. And the main body distributes the air evenly over the entire membrane surface.
Diaphragm diffuser discs are suitable for continuous ventilation systems as well as for conditions where intermittent ventilation is required.

Jetflex diffuser tubes
In contrast to diffuser discs, membrane diffuser tubes provide a larger diffusion surface.
In addition, its shape allows easy adaptation to an existing system, thanks to multiple accessories or light boilermaking operations.

Jetflex Strip diffusers
Composed of a micro-perforated polyurethane membrane with high tensile strength, the belt diffusers are designed for reliable operation, long service life and easy installation.
- Total length of 8m is connected to a single air supply line at a sufficient height
- Easy mounting on the bottom of the tank thanks to an innovative fixing plate
- Height-adjustable diffuser to compensate for unevenness in the tank floor
- Non-return valve to protect the diffuser from water and sludge

CBD Jetflex large bubble diffusers
For special applications, large bubble diffusers are also available in our product range, in the form of discs or stainless steel tubes. Installed in a sand trap or in after-aeration, they offer the possibility of allowing a large quantity of air to pass through. Thus, it is preferable to circulate the water or maintain a certain concentration of oxygen in the effluent. In addition, these diffusers are applied in activated sludge tanks to induce vertical flow and avoid sludge deposition on the bottom of the tank.
