Hydraulic dampers

The QHB Serieshydraulic dampers provideaccurate speed controlfor critical movements in the wood, plastic, metal and glass industries.

These hydraulic speed controller provide fixed speed movement regardless of mass and thrust force.

Operation of a hydraulic speed controller

The speed control is done by letting a fluid (oil or silicone) pass through an orifice. The passage of this fluid, pressurized by the application, leads to friction, therefore heating, which induces a slowing down which causes the speed control.

Applications

A hydraulic dampers allows you to :

•  Control the closing of a cover (lift inspection hatch...)
•  Control the closing of a cover (dustbin, machine...)
•  Control the cutting speed of a saw
