Pneumatic fittings and tubes SANG-A

The stop fittings are installed where the pneumatic couplings are changed frequently. Once the tube is disconnected, the air flow stops automatically.

Compact one-touch fittings are used for small types of pneumatic piping. These reports are the smallest and fastest in the world. Indeed, they have a 40% lower volume ratio and a 20% lower outside diameter ratio than a conventional model. The elliptical sleeve makes it easy to apply or remove the tube in a confined space. Type R one touch fittings have single contact seals used in pneumatic piping. Easy to connect and disconnect, the PC type is also useful for piping in confined spaces thanks to its treatment of six angular keys inside. In addition, the fittings are equipped with a seal, an O-ring and a Teflon treatment already integrated into the thread. The elliptical sleeve also makes it easy to apply and remove pipe in a confined space. These fittings are therefore suitable for a wide range of applications to meet all needs.

Type G one touch fittings have single contact seals used in pneumatic piping. Like the R-type conical fittings, they are easy to connect, disconnect and are equipped with a sealing ring, an O-ring and a Teflon treatment integrated into the thread.

Rotary joints are mainly used for the supply of compressed air to swivel unions, but also for index tables and industrial robots. Mounted on bearings, they are ideal for high-speed pneumatic swivel connections.

Check valves are used to keep the outlet pressure constant and allow air to flow in one direction but stop in the opposite direction. They operate at a pressure of 0.1kgf/cm2, maintain a vacuum of 1.42 PSI and only connect at low pressure.

Speed controller are used to control the operating speed of a drive device but also to move machines such as cylinders, pneumatic grippers... .. Thanks to its compact and lightweight body, the SANG-A flow control valve can be used in confined spaces and offers a speed range comparable to that of conventional variable speed drives.  In addition, the unidirectional air flow rate is available for exhaust or inlet flow control methods.

Ball valves are used to control the air supply in the open and closed position. They are available for water and air with a PPS resin body. In addition, the cross-sectional dimension of the compact body optimizes both the flow rate and the capacity of the tube in proportion.
