Solenoid valve
The 720 series consists of individual valves suitable for a wide range of applications where fast response time, maintenance-free operation, long service life (over 500 million cycles), compact dimensions and extreme reliability are required. These valves include all the innovations present in MATRIX solenoid valves, both in terms of materials and operating principles. This series includes vacuum versions designed for applications requiring vacuum technology. Thanks to the possibility of speed control, the dynamic characteristics are further improved:
- Standard solenoid valves with 24 VDC control have response times of less than 5 ms openingand 2 ms closing, with a maximum operating frequency of 200 Hz,
- Solenoid valves with acceleration control have an opening and closing response time of less than 2 ms, with a maximum operating frequency of 300 Hz.
Series 720 is available in both in-line and sub-base versions and is equipped with a wide range of accessories such as multi-position manifolds or acceleration cards.
The pneumatic solenoid valves of the 720 series are available with electrical protection levels IP52 or IP67 and can also be controlled by a PLC. Compact and lightweight, they are ideal for a variety of applications:
- glue application (hot or not),
- mix some paint,
- industrial friction and braking applications,
- robotic equipment,
- marking and industrial engraving,
- equipment for food production.
In addition, the 720 series solenoid valves can be made with custom labels for many customers including specific requirements defined on the basis of customised specifications.
