Precision regulator series RP1000/RP2000

The precision regulators of the RP1000/RP2000 series have superior performance in extremely low pressure areas. This regulator is also optimal for voltage control and balancer thanks to its stabilized flow characteristics with low pressure drop.

The modular design and separate type are selected by application.

CKD Precision Regulator RJB Series

This miniature, direct-acting precision regulator achieves a minimum set pressure of 0.01 MPa and a sensitivity of 0.001 MPa even at a compact spacing of 25 mm.
Ideal for semiconductor manufacturing processes, computer applications and compact assembly, requiring space-saving, precision and grease-free products.
