GlobalVision, software of quality control for packagings

GlobalVision is a software solution of quality control for all packagings. This solution is mainly intended to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and packaging industries.

GlobalVision allows to :

- Compare a print packaging or a cliché to a matrix (graphic comparison, colors, element’s position…)

- Read texts, compare them to the BAT and bring an orthographic correction

- Read texts in Braille (on pharmaceutical packagings) and to verify the conformity

- Read bar-codes or Datamatrix 

This control avoids Printing packaging containing errors or earlier versions. The control carried out by scanning in high resolution the packaging or the cliché (offline solution).

Why GlobalVision, while Bibus France already owns MICROSCAN verification solutions ?

GlobalVision is a complement to the MICROSCAN solutions already offered by Bibus France. The LVS-95 ** models can be used to check the readability and print quality of a barcode or Datamatrix.

The LVS-75 ** range allows you to control 100% of a label at the printer output. The GlobalVision software allows to control a flat packaging, a formed packaging, a 3D volume (bottle, can, flask...) or a cliché.

The software can either have a license with installation on a PC or a multi-user web version.
