Piston Pumps

P Series

The Hydro-Gear P series pump have been the industry's gold standard for the past 20 years. These axial piston, variable displacement, bi-directional pumps are used worldwide in a wide array of applications where rugged construction and reliable performance is required. With five different displacements to choose from, the P series has the right size and performance to fit most applications.

Features

  • bidirectional flow capacity
  • 7 series, 6,1 to 21,8 cm³/U
  • pressure level to 103 bar (continuous) and 260 bar (peak)
  • entrance rotation speed to 3600 rpm
  • proven design for reliability and performance
  • charge pump standard for better performance
  • configuration flexibility for ease of installation
  • input shaft options for greater adaptability

Several options like tandem configuration, shock valves, fans, shafts, tandem, auxiliary flange...

PY Series

The Hydro-Gear PY pump with axial piston auxiliary is a high efficiency variable displacement 21cc axial piston pump paired to a 6cc axial piston auxiliary pump - perfect for work functions. This compact combination is ideal for mobile and industrial applications where performance and value are necessities, not luxuries.

Features

  • Compact installation size where space is limited
  • Proven high efficiency rotating group
  • Low noise characteristics
  • Increased service life through the use of heavy duty thrust bearing

T Series

The drive through of the P-series allows different hydraulic tandem pump solutions. The tandem pumps can include two P-Series pumps, two P-Series pumps with an auxiliary pump, a single P-Series pump with a fixed displacement open loop gear pump, or two P-Series pumps and a gear pump cou-pled together as options.
The T-Series provides an effective method to drive the pumps with a single input shaft and allows the option of an increased auxiliary flow and pressure source with the addition of a gear pump.

The P-Series and T-Series pumps can be combined with hydraulic wheel motors or other remotely located units to complete a fluid power transmission system. The pumps are primarily used for traction drive propulsion in a wide variety of mobile applications, but are capable of many other applications.
