Small cylinder with suction cup series MVC

The MVC series small suction cup cylinder is an ultra-compact cylinder with a diameter of 6 or 10 mm and is ideal for applications requiring the suction or transfer of electrical or precision parts. The total length of the axial cylinder is reduced to allow this ultra compact size. In addition, the rotation of a rod (sucked-in part) is prevented with an exceptional angular rotation tolerance.

Features

  • Guide rod for deflector in the standard version
  • The end of the rod can be equipped with a suction cup of the tip type (2 to 10)
  • Square body for direct mounting according to 2 choices
  • Miniature cylinder position detector completely contained in the groove of the body
  • Bore size: 6 to 10

High precision non-rotating mechanism
Anti-rotation cylinder equipped with a guide rod.

Compact design
The suction is done through the hollow rod, which shortens the cylinder and significantly reduces the space requirement. Its square shape allows direct mounting on 2 surfaces.
The suction section of the workpiece and the vacuum passage are provided on the guide rod. This results in a total cylinder length and a considerable space saving.

A variety of suction cups available
Installation on the end of the rod can be done simply with a wrench. A range of 24 types (options) of suction cups is available from 2 to 10 mm outside diameter.

Possible installation of a miniature sensor
Possibility to integrate a type F sensor in the main groove of the body.

Buffer function
When the cylinder moves forward, even in the event of a collision between the drive part (suction part) and the workpiece, the buffer function protects the workpiece and the cylinder.

Mechanical amplification cylinder MCP series

The MCP series mechanical amplifying cylinder is a cylinder model that achieves high thrust force in any position using only original pneumatic pressure and internal mechanical amplification. It can therefore be easily integrated into a production line. Only pneumatic units are used for operation. As no hydraulic equipment and high pressure hose are used, this cylinder has an ecological dimension because no oil loss is generated.
During the effort, it is possible to achieve a thrust eight times higher than that achievable with a cylinder of the same diameter and standard. The designed design requires little space and does not require any specific support. In addition, this cylinder does not require oil, which eliminates maintenance needs such as lubrication and draining.

Features

  • Free mounting direction
  • High pushing force: 2t and 5t
  • Ecological cylinder

ROHS compliant
All environmentally harmful substances, including lead and hexavalent chromium, have been eliminated.

Pneumatic modular anchorage PVM series

The pneumatic anchors of the PVM series are ideal for stopping, isolating, and separating parts on rails, vibrating bowls, conveyors, magazines.
The two square rods are guided very precisely in the bearings and prevent twisting. By means of an internal locking, a rod can only be retracted if both rods are in the fully extended position. To order the anchor, only a 5/2-way valve is required.

Features

  • 5 sizes of 2-finger anchors with mechanical locking
  • Stroke from 8 to 41 mm
  • Square section of the rods from 6 to 40 mm
  • Extension force from 61 to 640 N
  • Integrated elastomer damping
  • Integrated one-way flow control valves (for PVM 0A, 1A and 2A series)
  • Fast and quiet operation (up to 230 cycles/min)
  • Optional inductive sensors
  • Available from stock

Executions :
Anodized aluminum body, hard steel rod.

Limit switches :
For the detection of the final positions of the rods, a set of sensors is available.
