Our PLM air spring series includes vibration and shock isolators to reduce unwanted vibrations while upgrading the devices they support.
Used as a vibration damper, the internal air chamber guarantees significant isolation effects from 5 Hz upwards. Its natural frequency is just 3.0 Hz.
The air spring elements also isolate in the absence of pressure. The natural frequency of the elastomer body is around 10 Hz to isolate frequency interference above 14 Hz.

For efficient isolation of measuring equipment, high-speed presses and machines. There are eight different models, ready to use and able to withstand loads ranging from 45 kg to 8800 kg, small or large. Allows all types of equipment to be isolated from unwanted vibrations and at the same time allows perfect levelling thanks to the integrated valve.

Applications: measuring tables, test stations, high speed presses, manufacturing plants, finishing and processing centres.

PAL-3 to PAL-9

Small pneumatic spring elements with automatic level control
These springs are designed for conditions where the user wants to ensure that the equipment is constantly level and isolated from vibration at the same time.
PAL air springs react quickly to loads and changes in centre of gravity and automatically adjust deviations from the preset position. Available in 3 different sizes for loads up to 550kg (10bar inflation) by pneumatic damping.
Perfect for small constructions requiring precision and flexibility.

Applications : precision test and calibration benches, aeronautical and automotive test stations, foundation supports (low load).

         

PAL-9-6 to PAL-750-36P

Large air spring elements with automatic level controllers
Anti-disruptive vibration isolation and level adjustment of measuring and test equipment. Insulating at extremely low frequencies, these components are used in the automotive industry and in aeronautical and space engineering.
The system is available in 16 different sizes for loads from 248kg to 48750kg -(10bar inflation).

Applications : precision test and calibration benches, aeronautical and automotive test stations, foundation supports (heavy loads).

RLA

Bellows-type air springs provide low-frequency vibration isolation for engine test benches, large reaction masses and applications requiring dynamic vibration amplitudes and high lift heights.
Bellows-type air springs can have vertical and horizontal natural frequencies of 0.7 Hz, depending on operating height and bellows cylinder design (single, double or bellows).
Horizontal spring stiffness and stability also depend on operating height, so each type of air cushion has an ideal operating height.
Vertical natural frequencies can be lowered by increasing the air volume, for example by using an auxiliary reservoir.

Available in 4 models for loads from 3500 to 31500kg, the RLA range is resistant to most oils, alkaline or acid cleaning agents, dust, dirt, ozone, UV rays and general weathering.
