Electric terminals at BIBUS France

Inspired by the legend of the hummingbird, at BIBUS France we believe in the power of small gestures for big change in sustainability.

The Native American legend, brought to light by Pierre Rabhi, provides us with a valuable insight: every effort counts in the face of environmental challenges. A hummingbird fighting a forest fire symbolizes our commitment to act, no matter how big we are, no matter how big the task.

At BIBUS France, we integrate this philosophy into our daily operations:

- Every member of our team contributes to our sustainability goal, whether it's reducing paper use or turning off the lights.

- We implement policies that encourage eco-responsible actions, reflecting the hummingbird spirit within our leadership.

A few examples:
In our quest for energy autonomy, we are exploring the installation of solar panels.
Before going fully electric, we are taking concrete steps to reduce CO2 emissions:
- installation of 4 charging points for electric and hybrid vehicles, with a badge system for our employees.
- integration of 2 plug-in hybrid vehicles for our managers.
- and significant reduction in CO2/km emissions to 131g for future company vehicles.

We are holders of the EcoVadis2023 Bronze medal, and are aiming higher with the forthcoming signing of the RFAR charter for more responsible purchasing.

Our Envirotech offering provides solutions for a wide range of issues in the sanitation, wastewater treatment and industrial process sectors, thanks to our various partnerships with specialist manufacturers.

We are aware that to measure our impact, we need precise indicators. That's why we carry out environmental audits and closely monitor our KPIs, ensuring that every small gesture contributes to a more significant impact.

We constantly reassess our limits to better contribute to a sustainable future and acculturate the whole company to this world of change!
